In today’s busy world, it seems we have less time than we ever have. Sometimes I wish there were just a few more hours in the day. Considering this, I try to be as efficient as possible with everything I do, so I don’t waste the most valuable asset, TIME. When I start with a new client, I see it as my job to invest their time as wisely as possible. My main focus is to help them burn more calories in every day life rather than just while they’re at the gym. How many hours is someone going to spend a week working out? Maybe 5. Well, there are another 163 hours left for the week. Wouldn’t it make more sense to burn more calories during those 163 hours than only the 5? See, I used to be the same way. I would spend countless hours on cardio equipment trying to lose weight and utimately I got nowhere.
