Often times I hear about boot camps that sound a lot like a Physical Education class. If you are trying to fill credit hours, this serves the purpose, BUT if you are trying to lose weight and get into your skinny clothes, this is not the best possible route. These PE classes are busy work. You spend most of your time running around doing UNSTRUCTURED WORK without a PURPOSE.
