Are you getting results?frustrated But Im Working SO Hard!

I see it all the time.  New clients spending HOURS in the gym and not getting results.  Just because you are putting in the time doesn’t guarantee you will see results.  Often times we slow clients down by adding more weight training and taking away excessive cardio.  That stuff is sooo boring anyway icon smile But Im Working SO Hard!

We always put ourselves last. Start putting yourself first. I’m not saying you need to be selfish to be healthy…I’m just saying don’t over-extend yourself, and take care of you. Besides, you can’t take care of anyone if you aren’t taking care of yourself. Remember they tell you that on a plane…make sure to put YOUR mask on first!
